The last remodel done on the property was in 2006. o We have received Residential Design Standards approval from the Planning department to re-side certain areas of the property and re finish the pan-abode sections. 3.0 Project Documentation  3.1 Seven Castles Construction have received approval from the building department for a siding and demolition permit. We do not have permit # at this time, or a copy of a permit. I will attach once we receive it.  3.2 Seven Castles Construction will provide an on-site notice of the project description before construction begins. We will provide updated information throughout the project. SCC will be present at the pre-construction meeting, as well as communicate with the neighboring properties the scope of the project and hear their requests.  3.3 Seven Castles Construction will provide a project sign, even though we feel the project will not extend past 30 days from the start of the project.  3.4 Contact List Owner: Tom and Dianne Whitehead (540) 577-4412 Contractor: Seven Castles Construction Site Supervisor: Joe Lewis (970) 456–2055 Safety Officer: Joe Lewis (970) 456-2055 Traffic Officer: Joe Lewis (97) 456-2055 4.0 Project Implementation  4.1 Seven Castles plans to start project as soon as the permit is released. We are allowing for 4 – 8 for completion of the project due to weather, and owner requested changes. We are shooting for a 4-6-week completion, but giving ourselves 2 extra weeks for things that come up.  4.2 SCC Plans to begin our days at 7:30 AM and work till 5:00 PM.  4.3 Week 1- Setup and Demo, Week 2 – Re-finish pan-abode sections and paint, Week 3 – 7 Re-Side Property, Week 8 – Clean site and finish project.  4.5 N/A  4.6 N/A  4.7 N/A 5.0 Project Management  5.1 Complete Parking Management Plan – Please see form attached and map 01/12/2018 all standard noise regulations apply  5.2 SCC has read and understood the Emergency Vehicle Access section and will make sure our parking is in allocated spots only, and ensure that the roadway is never blocked in case of an emergency occurs  5.4 Refer to attached map 6.0 Traffic Control  6.2 Project Haul Routes- We will only have 1 large delivery of the corrugated metal siding. I will ensure that he uses the routes showed on the route sheet.  6.3 Bridger Steel’s truck is going to be 1 TON pulling a flat-bed trailer. There will be no tractor trailers or large equipment being used at this project.  6.4 No roadways will be blocked or needed to be controlled for this delivery. The truck will not idle more than 5 minutes. Only 1 delivery occurring the entire job. I will ensure that the delivery occurs within allowed construction hours. 6.5 Include Traffic Control Plan – N/A 8.0 Sediment and Erosion Control – N/A 9.0 Fugitive Dust Control – NA 10.0 Emissions – N/A 11.0 Noise Suppression – NA 01/12/2018
