Scott it was good to talk with you this morning and I am glad the contract has been
completed with Candyce. I am pleased that you will be visiting Bob and Kat later
today to get the contract signed.
Thanks for the overview of the re-model work in 3G. It looks good to me and I have
copied the Board on this email so they are aware of the upcoming work.
You have our approval to move forward with the permit application, etc.
If anything else comes up today my cell is the best point of contact. I land in DIA
about 7 this evening.

notice but I am trying to get in for permit submission at 11.
As I mentioned I am the GC working with David Rainbolt (new owner 3G), I
have attached a simple floor plan for your review.
I need to get an HOA approval email for my submittal to the building department
for the permit.
The scope of work:
Basic interior remodel, no windows or balcony doors, might replace the front
door. The rest is cosmetic to the interior. Removing all the old finishes, New
lights, re-working the kitchen to have an island, new appliances, new pocket
doors throughout where possible, relocating the washer dryer in the closet, new
floor coverings, new finishes and fixtures for the bathrooms, new gas fireplace,
Painting.
