Revise this hydrozone plan relative to WELS Section 6.2.8 to consolidate zones based on the five possible waler-use categories of the water
budget calculation, i.e., very high, high, medium, low and very low. (The irrigation pan should designate the hydrozone area according to each
valve as per the Section referenced above.)
