We, Lester Development (General Contractor) will maintain continuous emergency vehicle access, on
and around site, including but not limited to police, fire and ambulance services. This includes projects
adjacent to roads and alleys.

11.2 Read the Noise controls and reduction plan. This job site will require the use of excavator,
backhoe, and concrete pump. Lester Development will remind and require laborers and sub-contractor
about construction noise policy and requirements.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for all activities exceeding 80 decibels.
