We assume it is a standard 2x wall with ½” drywall both sides as the building had not been previously required to have rated walls. See attached and please let me know if you need anything further. The application submittal looks good. The only thing I noticed on here that would save a round of comments would be a narrative on the wall assembly. This can be hand written and sent over to me if you can. I’ve attached a fee estimate; at this time, only submittal fees ($211.25) are due for review. Inquires regarding permit status, estimated review timelines, and technical questions will be accepted without an appointment between 8am to 1pm. Permits may be picked up any time during normal business hours, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
