Re: Permit Application for Unit 7 – 800 Mill Street Aspen, CO 81611
Dear Sir/Madam,
The above referenced Unit has been approved for an interior renovation project subject to obtaining a
permit from the City of Aspen and adherence to the Rules and Regulations of the Fifth Avenue
Condominium Association.
No construction may begin until a construction schedule has been submitted and approved in writing by
the Association’s Board of Managers in accordance the Rules and Regulations.
Please note that ANY exterior modifications or additions, including but not limited to modifications of
doors, locks, windows, skylights, exterior vent penetrations, rerouting utilities, etc. are specifically NOT
included in this approval. If the owner anticipates the need to do any exterior modification, upgrade of
electrical service feeders to the unit and/or structural modifications of any kind, additional requirements
will be necessary and a separate approval for those modifications will be required.
