Jeffrey:
Good morning. I want to follow up on a couple items:
Stormwater
1. The attached CMP you submitted will be acceptable for Aaron Reed and Stormwater Comments. However, we
can not accept this change in the CMP through email. You will wait to get all of your comments from the various
departments and then setup a formal resubmission with Phil LeHue your permit coordinator. So yes this will
work when it formally comes in.
Engineering
1. Please provide detail of the drywell or manufacturers information sheets.
2. Please confirm with the structural engineer that they have no issue with the drywell draining that close to the
new foundation.
If you have any questions please let me know. Otherwise submit the appropriate information with Phil.
Thank you.

Justin and Aaron,
Thank you for your time this morning.
Please see the following attachments:
1. CMP- updated as per our discussion. Highlights in yellow indicate changes to
earlier document sent to Ian/David (Parks) and reClect our conversation.
2. A102 is Harry Teague Architects Landscape and Civil Plan. The dry well was
placed in the North East corner as per parks, outside of the drip line of the existing aspen
trees. The Section on A401 shows we have 2’ of soil for the grape ivy and other on site
vegetation, over 1’ of gravel containing the perforated pipe and draining to the dry well.

3. Structural- no change.
The attached are already in (sales)force for Parks, but likely not updated yet to
(blue)beam.
I look forward to your formal review document, but hope this email and attachments
fully cover your requirements expressed this morning.
Thank you in advance,
