Minor engineering review a. No change to hardscape b. Change from center drain to dry well (cut sheet provided) c. Location of drywell confirmed with structural engineer and excavation team. 2. CMP- updated as per our discussion. Changes to earlier document sent to Ian/David (Parks) and reflect our conversation. The major updates as per our conversation were with respect to: a. Concrete clean out b. Neighborhood cleanliness- Truck cleanliness leaving the parking lot (entering the neighborhood). Site cleanliness, sweeping of site to maintain cleanliness. c. Erosion and sediment control d. Storm water narrative updated 3. A102 Landscape and Civil Plan. a. The dry well was placed in the North East corner as per parks, outside of the drip line of the existing aspen trees. b. The Section on A401 shows we have 2’ of soil for the grape ivy and other on site vegetation, over 1’ of gravel containing the perforated pipe and draining to the dry well. 4. A dry well cut sheet has been added as per your request. 5. A letter from structural signing off on the placement of the drywell has been added to the documentation. 01/29/2019
