Good morning.
My apologies for delay getting back to you on this.
So I have checked your CFM rates on both pieces of equipment feeding your space.
Both units are giving anywhere from 82 to 165 cfm per register. West unit rated at around 2300 cfm, total unit airflow, with East unit should be around 2100. Both
numbers are going off of factory specs.
Both units are equipped with outside air dampers for fresh air ventilation. Both are manually set to 15% outside air. This will provide sufficient outside air to meetyour code requirements for breathable air, per person, for occupancy.

Tim,
Just to clarify, the ventilation plan that Lauren is requesting was on the original list of requirements that we went over in the pre-submittal meeting. Thepurpose of the ventilation plan is to verify that there is adequate supply and exhaust provided by the existing duct work per International Existing Building Code1009.1:
1009.1 Mechanical requirements. Where the occupancy of
an existing building or part of an existing building is changed
such that the new occupancy is subject to different kitchen
exhaust requirements or to increased mechanical ventilation
06/24/2019
requirements in accordance with the International Mechanical
Code, the new occupancy shall comply with the respective
International Mechanical Code provisions.
The minimum ventilation rates for a food and beverage dining room per Table 403.3.1.1 are as follows:
Either a mechanical contractor or engineer needs to confirm that these rates are already provided to the space, or give a proposal for how that is to beaccomplished.
Feel free to give me a call if you have questions,
Bonnie Muhigirwa

Tim,
06/24/2019
We received payment this morning for the previous permit.
You will need a written CMP if your square footage of work area is 400SF or greater. You did not provide a work area on the packet so I cannot say for certain
if you will need one. If you meet this threshold please provide one.
You provided the fireplace spec sheet but you also need to fill out and submit the fireplace registration form which can be found at the link I provided for you.
As for the ventilation plan, we will need drawings detailing your existing and proposed designs.

Lauren - thank you. The check I wrote and is with my colleague that I was told was dropped off at city hall. Maybe it is down stairs? Scott can confirm.
The CMP was in the packet submitted. I sent over a visual and marked PDF. When you say written are you needing the full multiple page project CMP likeyou do on much larger projects? I asked this question earlier on and was told I did not need as it was such a small project.
Also the cut sheet for the vent was in the packet. Beth can you please contact Garrett?
I have a value for everything i sent previously to Barry and Candice - Barry and Beth can update for value.
06/24/2019
Comcheck Beth can update info and sign.
Ventilation plan is a new one. Do you need from design team?
Beth - can you fill all of this out including lighting spec?
Thank You,
Tim Thompson
