Please revise this table accordingly. 2 water closets are required (this would have been the case for A3 occupancy as well, one unisex restroom does not meet the requirement for 2 fixtures and you do not meet the exceptions from IPC 403.2 for separate facilities). You may use a common restroom located within 500' on an accessible route on the story above as the second required water closet, but you would then need to demonstrate that the total number of fixtures for all spaces utilizing these common restrooms is still being met. 01_Arch_Stamped.pdf (4) Subject: PlanCheck Page Label: 2 Author: justinh File Name: 01_Arch_Stamped.pdf Please remove this note as you are providing a water fountain/bottle filler. IBC 2902.5 doesn't exempt you from the requirement of a drinking fountain, it just allows it to be placed in a public location elsewhere on site. I would think that a pilates studio would be categorized as health club/aerobics room in IMC table 403.1.1 which has an occupant density of 40 per 1000 sf. This would make Pz for studio 001C = 29.24 and Pz for 001B = 22.08. This would significantly increase the overall CFM requirement. Please clarify the methodology behind your Pz calculation or revise as needed. Please provide more information regarding the exhaust rate to show that your ventilation system will be approximately balanced as required by IMC 403.1 02_Mech_Stamped.pdf (1) Subject: PlanCheck Page Label: 1 Author: justinh File Name: 03a_Elec Comcheck.pdf It appears you've done this ComCheck using the building area method, this must be done using the space by space method as the entire building is not a gymnasium. The SF you are using also seems higher than what I am measuring. Provide cutsheets on all fixtures highlighting NRTL listing and maximum fixture wattage. Be sure that you are using max fixtures wattage on your ComCheck rather than lamp wattage unless current limiting devices are being used (if so, they need to be shown on the electrical/lighting plan). 03a_Elec Comcheck.pdf (2) Subject: PlanCheck Page Label: 1 Author: justinh File Name: 03a_Elec Comcheck.pdf Please fill out the owner/agent portion on both the lighting and mechanical ComCheck. 1 SUMMARY SON] Ra [CFM/SQ.FT.] Pz [PEOPLE] Vbz [CFM]Ez Vot [CFM] 0.06 13 304 0.8 380 2 SUMMARY SON] Ra [CFM/SQ.FT.] Pz [PEOPLE] Vbz [CFM]Ez Vot [CFM] 0.06 6 154 0.8 200 0.06 0 3 DE.
