I would think that a pilates studio would be categorized as health club/aerobics room in IMC table 403.1.1 which has an occupant density of 40 per 1000 sf. This would make Pz for studio 001C = 29.24 and Pz for 001B = 22.08. This would significantly increase the overall CFM requirement. Please clarify the methodology behind your Pz calculation or revise as needed. The SF you are using also seems higher than what I am measuring. Provide cutsheets on all fixtures highlighting NRTL listing and maximum fixture wattage.
