permit is for the street level unit that is 2679 sqft. The space is currently a restaurant space and will become a new
restaurant.
3.0 Project Documentation
3.1 At the time of this CMP no permits have been issued.
3.2 Indicate project notification per CMP Manual for all properties within 300ft. Our office will notify all
properties within 300’ via signs, mail, and door to door.
3.3 Project Sign will be placed on the front door

4.0 Project Implementation
4.1 Dates of construction ___8/15/2018 to 09/15/18_________
4.2 Hours of construction __7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm
4.3 Construction schedule: IFFR Only, 3-4 Weeks
4.6 Site map is provided. Contractor will work the parking department for all required parking passes need
for staging and deliveries. Since this is demo only one space will be required for dump trailer. The trailer will not
be left overnight.
5.0 Project Management
5.2 Read Emergency vehicle access.
We, Lester Development (General Contractor) will maintain continuous emergency vehicle access, on and around
site, including but not limited to police, fire and ambulance services. This includes projects adjacent to roads and
alleys.
