We hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all the labor necessary for the completion of:
Fabricate and install 1'/2" Cee-Lock Berridge Standing Seam panels on entire roof to include all flashing
for a professional job, includes Versashield underlayment for a Class A roof assembly required in Pitkin
County. We have already dried in some of the roof but we will have to check all the areas previously
dried-in. We will credit back for the SgFt of dry-in that we do not have to re-do. $140,000.00
Install HotEdge 1X panels on eaves and HotValley custom 1X in valleys. $ 23,000.00
Fabricate and install 6" half round gutter and 4" round down spout with custom brackets for down spout
and heavy duty euro style hangers for gutters. $ 22,000.00
Install snow fence where designated approx. 250' on roof line, we recommend 2 rows spaced out a 6 to
8 feet of single bar snow fence, with pressure clamps on standing seam 500' total. $ 25,000.00

All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications
submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become
an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to
carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance upon above work. Public Liability Insurance on above work to be taken out by Rocky
Mountain Gutters & Maintenance, Inc. Customeris responsible formaterial costs ora 15% restocking fee if material can be restocked
upon cancellation of a signed contract. If invoice is unpaid, 1.5% finance charge cumulative, 18% per annum will be accessed. Customer is
