Jason,
Thanks for your note.
This seems like a pretty basic job so I am just going to forward your email and hope the board is okay
with that as opposed to having to fill out application, etc. Definitely fine to do this in May. I’ll let you
know when I hear back.
Sorry for delay in getting back to you. I was out of the office ill for two days so just now got your
voicemail.

Subject: Fashing Hous #13
Good Morning Cameron,
I would like to start the process of notification in regards to replacing the two windows in #13. We
would like to begin the process with you and the Board to get approval for replacing the extremely old 04/29/2019
file:///neptune/m_drive/city/building%20permits%20&%20plans/2019/718%20S%20Mill/HOA%20director%20approval%20email.txt[4/29/2019 2:00:57 PM]
windows in that unit. One of the windows in non-functioning and has plastic covering it to prevent air-
leaking, the other is equally old and it’s moving parts are about to fail. No changes to the opening are
being asked, only to replace the current windows with new equally sized ones. No changes to the
exterior and only a very small trim piece added to the inside opening (if needed). Anticipated work time
would be from 1-2 days, two guys, one truck and everything would come and go with that truck. If
possible we would like to do this work in the month of May.
Can you please provide me with any application or further paperwork we will need to submit to get this
rolling?
Regards,
Jason Suazo
