Hello Everyone,
My GC Craig and I simplified the emails into one file. Hopefully this will make things more simplistic. Right now we are
just waiting on your signature and Abestos tests to finish permit application for complete acceptance. The technician I
talked to thinks that we will shouldn’t have any problem with Abestos in that small wall we are widening. It is a new wall
done by a tenant improvement. We are on the cut off of 32 ft. So to be safe I think the test is best. Can I please get you to
ok the ability for me to have the responsibility to get an Abestos test taken and lab work done.

Also could you please sign this most current re-modified version of this City of Aspen for our change of use permit for
the Salon. My GC will be applying for an IFFR permit to speed things along as best as possible as well after the main
change of use permit is in. If it’s easier to sign I excluded you in a drop box version as well. Just make sure the permit you
sign is the $31,615 valuation version. We were able to lower it due to less fire suppression needed.
