Total disturbance area is 1,250 sq. ft. - the GSF of the unit. It is located on the second floor of
the 200 building towards the east of the complex.

Scope of work is a total interior renovation of a 1,252 Sq ft condominium at the aspen alps 200
building. Minor exterior improvements include new skylights, enlarged east elevation openings
and the addition of a roof-top condenser unit.
