Ajax Tavern at The Little Nell Hotel is under going an interior remodel to improve circulation, update dining interior finishes, lighting, kitchen equipment, bar
and dining layout. Existing entry/exit services both guests and employees servicing the patio. Proposed plan provides two new entry points; one for staff
and one for guests. The exterior facade affected face the mountain. It will also receive two new double hung windows to match existing. Finish stucco
repair replicates existing. Existing exterior lighting remains. Bathrooms receive new finishes and existing sinks, faucets and lighting replaced with new.
