I do not see how this has been
changed. A2.1 calls this out as
a pantry area which we would
consider to be a back of house
type of space. Please clarify

From what I can tell only the
accessible bar seating is shown
on A0.5, 5% of all seating must
be accessible with compliant
approaches to be shown. Now
that furniture is being shown on
the egress plan you have
several spots where tables are
shown in areas shaded as
egress paths. Revise plan to
clearly show your routes and
approaches to all accessible
seating clear of obstructions.

demonstrate you have compliant

These custom light fixtures are
not being accounted for in the
ComCheck report. Per the
provided info regarding this it
appears to be a LED strip
powered by a separate driver,
but no specifics were given.
Provide a cutsheet on the LED
strip driver for the fixtures and
identify the proposed quantity of
drivers for these fixtures on the
plan. The driver wattage and
quantity are the values that
should be used on the
ComCheck for this fixture as that
is what will determine the power
these fixtures actually use.

Provide a detail for
your proposed knee
and toe clearance
under the accessible
portion of the bar and
dimension the height
of the bar itself to
show compliance with
ANSI 902. Your
standard details on
A0.4 do not cover this
adequately.
You are still showing
furniture in egress
paths, previous
comment not fully
addressed. Revise to
show all egress paths
as being clear of all
obstructions.
What are these black
boxes that now appear
throughout the plan?
I assume this is just an
error and they were
not meant to be
shown. Please clarify
or revise.
