Fractions of an occupant load
factor are always rounded up, so
317 SF @ an occupant load
factor of 100 would be an
occupant load of 4. Revise the
occupant loads for the proposed
plan as well (the SF of prep
kitchen is not changing enough
to change the occupant load and
the office is being decreased by
1 occupant).

and signed letter from a
structural engineer or you may
stamp and sign your plan and
specifically call out that this wall
is non structural. Provide the
W12 detail you reference in
multiple locations.

There is in fact only one existing dishwasher/hood.
We will not be adding another. Please see revision
on sheets 3.1 & 3.3.
