Hyman Avenue, Unit 104– Permit #044.2018.ARBK In response to the plan check comments provided on May: 1. Sheet A-001 Unit 104: Exiting requirement note revised, two exits are required and shown. 2. Sheet E-101: Exit Signage “X1” added at the west end of Unit 107 and in Service Area 102. Emergency Light pack X2 added in Unit 107. In addition to the plan check comments, we have include Tenant Improvement information for Unit 106. Two walls to create a Back of House space, 2x2 Acoustic grid – open ceiling in the front of house, power, communication and lighting for the space. The following sheets have been updated or added to demonstrate Code Compliance within Unit 106: A-001, A-201, A206, E-001, E-101, E2.1 & E3.1.
