Remove all bubbling from the

comments rounds on all
applicable sheets. Bubbling
should only be used for changes
specific to this change order.
Keeping previous bubbling on
your sheets makes it difficult to
tell what changes are actually
being proposed.
Changes/revisions made in
response to comments should
not be bubbled.

Revise this note to specify
scupper at 2" above finish floor
at roof drain, not minimum 2"
above finish floor. That
elevation is specific as to not
allow water to build up, the
scupper should not be installed
any higher than 2" above the low
point of the roof.

Floor plans have been updated to show existing
conditions. The windows we are removing are not
required for egress. See plan A104
Bubbles have all been changed to Change Order #2.
Previous bubbles for building comments and Change
Order #1 have been deleted. Bubbles were included
for changes related to the current Change order #2
and comments only.
Note now reads 4"x6" roof scupper at new parapet
wall. 2" above F.F. at roof drain.
The vertical drain lines are 2" dia. based on the
manufacturer. They tie into a larger 3" dia.
horizontal line.
