Relevant drawing sheets to review are the following: Z006 - Zoning Summary Z007 - Floor Area Calculation: Basement Level Z008 - Floor Area Calculation: Main Level & Upper Level A100 - Basement Level Floor Plan A101 - Main Level Floor Plan S100 - Basement Level Floor Plan S101 - Main Level Framing Plan S102 - Upper Level Framing Plan & Roof Plan S103 - Roof Framing Plan Below is a summary of changes. Kind regards, Julianna Morais Henrybuilt CHANGE ORDER SUMMARY BASEMENT/FOUNDATION LEVEL Please refer to A100, S100 and Z007 1.1 Shift foundation wall @ Grid Line 9 between Line A & D to the West by 7". This adjustment is done to accommodate the exterior columns that have shifted to the west by 7" and to accommodate the depth of the sliding door system at the dining room. 1.2 Shift foundation wall @ Grid Line D between Line 7 & 9 to the North by 5". This adjustment is done to accommodate the depth of the sliding door system above at the living room. 1.3 Convert the area [122 SF] underneath the walkable skylight from a light well to habitable space by lowering the slab. 1.4 Include (5) pilasters at foundation wall Grid Line D between Grid line 1 and 4. to support exterior columns above that have shifted to the north by 7". 02/26/201802/26/2018 1.5 Changes 1.1 through 1.4 increase in floor area at basement level. The area is indicated with a red hatch on A100. Please refer to Z007 for updated floor area calculations that show that the SF still meets zoning regulation requirements for FAR 1.6 Include foundation wall layout for landscape elements and spa in structural drawings. The size of the spa remains the same as was previously indicated in the Main Level Floor plans and landscape plans. 1.7 West of Grid Line 5: Lowered slab on grade and footing elevation by 2. 1.8 @ Grid Line H & 4: Lowered footing elevations to accommodate the sewage ejector. MAIN LEVEL Please refer to A101, S101 and Z008 1.9 @ Grid Line 9 between Line A & D : Exterior columns shift to the west by 7". The line of enclosure at the window remains the same. Therefore the area that counts towards floor area calculations remains the same. 1.10 @ Grid Line D between Line 7 & 9 to the North by 5”. 1.11 @ Grid Line D between Grid line 1 and 4: Exterior columns shift to the North by 7". 1.12 @ Grid Line 12: Exterior patios added to structural drawings. UPPER LEVEL Please refer Z008, S102 1.13 @ Grids D & 9: Minor roof changes made to accommodate window/door openings. 1.14 @ Grid 4 between Grid I & Grid H: Steel beam size changed. 1.15 @ Grid 9 between Grid G & Grid D: Steel beam size changed.
