Building Response 320 W Bleeker
1. Boiler (B-1) spec is listed on M101: Lochinvar FTXN-500 (98% eff). Cutsheet is attached as
item 12A.
2. Bldg tie to site is shown on sheet Z-006.
3. A new Line Grade Verification form is attached as form 13.
4. Revised special inspection form is attached as form 17.
5. There is no snowmelt at pervious paving areas.
6. Bullfrog spa cutsheets for energy and safety cover have been added to sheet A-002.
7. The firepit burner cutsheet is attached as sheet 8H.
8. Water feature is not heated. See cutsheet attached as item 18.
9. A note stating that a separate elevator permit needs to be obtained by the GC was added to
sheet A-101.
10. Snowfence was added per comment.
11. The radon and plumbing venting has been added to the roof plan.
12. Slope is identified and snowfence was added per comment.
13. 22”X30” min access panel called for on sheet A-107.
14. Windows GG4, GG5 and GG6 are now noted as safety glazing, windows GG5 and GG6
are noted to have fall protection devices on sheet A-601.

18. The foundation around the spa has been modified and coordinated with structural. See

23. This dimension is from edge of stair to handrail not to a wall. There is a gap between the
stair and the wall/window.
24. The hearth extension is supported by non-combustible construction, details have been
coordinated. See A-402 and 16/S301.
25. More information has been provided on radon mitigation system on A-102, A-302 and A-
501.
26. Wall section 4/A-501 was added to illustrate air barrier continuity and details have been
updated.
27. Documentation for Class A roofs have been added to sheet A-502 and complete ICC-ES
reports are attached as items 19, 19A and 19B. Typical notes have been revised on sheet A-
503.
28. Interior doors have been added to door schedule with notes regarding safety glazing and
R302.5.1.
29. Slope has been noted as 1/4” per foot max.

33. Specs and installation manual for dryer booster is attached as item 21.
34. The mechanical plan has been revised to match architectural. An exhaust fan was added
in Bath1 and re-worked the common exhaust riser to the roof.
35. Kitchen make-up air is provided via FC-2 fan coil. Refer to fan coil schedule on sheet M100
and sequence of operation #6 on sheet M401 for more information.
36. Detail has been revised.
37. Area information has been added to sheet Z-004
38. A clean air report and state license to demolish will be submitted after asbestos abatement
39. Rescheck has been completed and is attached as 9B.
