HomeMy WebLinkAboutFile Documents.333 Park Ave.1/29/2018 (7)DECISION: The Community Development Director finds the units identified at 333 Park Avenue to meet the definition of Bandit Units in Section 26.104.100 Definitions, and to be consistent with the review criteria for GMQS Multi -Family Replacement Exemption and thereby, APPROVES the exemption with conditions as specified below: CONDITIONS: • The kitchens contained within the three bandit units will be required to be removed to decommission the units as dwelling units. • The Applicant will need to apply for a Building Permit for the structure just as if it were a new building. Field inspectors will then determine the extent of work, if any, necessary to meet life safety requirements. This will need to be completed prior to any Land Use Application.
