Project Introduction 2.1 No soil disturbance is anticipated 2.2 See Attachment for Project Vicinity Map 2.3 Description of work Includes removal of existing wood roof. Install new roof. 3. Project Documentation 3.1 Permits Roof Permit Only 3.2 Project Notification A letter/email of explanation of the project will be given to all neighbors including two phone numbers if issues arise by the HOA Manager. 3.3 Project Sign Project will last less than 30 days so no sign is required 3.4 Contact List Roof Contractor – Ajax Roofing Company Jay Salle 618-3169 Lyle Cox 970-901-1762 4. Project Implementation 4.1 Dates of Construction Start approximately May 15th 4.2 Hours of Construction 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm Saturday (although no Saturday work is anticipated) 4.3 Construction Schedule Removal of Existing Roof:10 working day New Roof:10 working day 4.4 Site Fencing Site fencing around the area on our plan for materials disposal and toilet. 4.5 Site Map for Trees – N/A 4.6 Park Issues – N/A 04/29/2019 AJAX ROOFING COMPANY 5. Materials will be on the roof. Old materials will be in storage area on plan and taken to the dump daily 5.5 Construction Trailer, Materials Storage, Waste Management Temp toilet in fenced area. 6.
