The ECU’s assigned by this permit have been verified by on per ordinance specifications.
Other Conditions: All fees must be paid in full. The project must meet current Aspen Water Standards. Water meter must pass inspection. All connection to pre-
tapped service lines must be witnessed by Water Department personnel. Project is subject to final fixture count. This Utility Connection Permit does not include
irrigation. A separate permit must be issued. If construction is being done on the subject property this account shall be on a construction rate for nine (9) months
from the date that the tap is made. At the end of nine (9) months the account shall then go on the higher flat rate, until a water meter has been installed and passes
inspection.

SHALL BE NO USE OF RAW WATER FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES,
AND NO OWNER OR OCCUPANT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WILL
DEVELOP OR UTILIZE AN INDEPENDENT RAW WATER SYSTEM
AND/OR WATER RIGHTS OR WELLS WITHIN THE SUBJECT

PROPERLY PLUGGED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED BY RULE 16 OF
