Understood. We have added a note to the plans
stating: "Contractor to verify size and condition
of existing tap. If the existing tap is a 2"
service and in good condition, then it shall be
utilized. Otherwise, abandon existing tap and
install a new tap per COA Water Dept
standards.
We have added utility pedestals to the plans.
We have rerouted the outlet to discharge to the
roadside ditch.
A rain chain will discharge to the 1st of three
rain barrels. All three rain barrels are set on
free draining gravel. Within the gravel we have
added a perforated pipe to capture and direct
overflows to the sand filter. See C501.
The gas main connection is made at the
northern extent of the property. A note was
added to the plan to show connection point.
The water main was located at surveyed. The
water service will be connect at the existing
curb stop.

We have prepared a memo describing the
capacity of the existing roadside ditch and
capacity of the proposed 15" RCP pipe.
