Hello Mackenzie,
I was given news that this scope of work may proceed to building as a repair permit. I did call Gerhard to notify him of
this news. This means that you will not have to go through the Certificate of No Negative Effect process and you may
apply for permit. This decision is related to the 4 windows that were called out, but does not extend to all of the other
windows on the building. If you have any questions, please reach out and I am happy to try and help clarify.
Thank you,
Sarah Yoon

Hello Gerhard,
Attached is the application for Certificate of No Negative Effect for your reference. This information was provided to
Mackenzie Beaudoin who is the one that contacted us regarding this project for Suite 110.
After checking with our Historic Preservation Officer, a site improvement plan will not be required for this scope of work.
I did communicate this information with Mackenzie.
In regards to your long-term goal of slowly replacing windows in the near future, if the application identified all windows
for replacement and this information was reviewed and approved, you will have up to 3 years to complete this work
which is the vesting of the approval. But please consider the Building Permit aspect because they have different
requirements related to timing.
Thank you.
