HYMAN AVENUE, ROARING FORK CONDOMINIUMS, UNIT 1, CITY AND TOWNSITE OF ASPEN RESOLUTION #18, SERIES OF 2017 PARCEL ID: 2737-182-16-101 WHEREAS, the applicant, White River Holdings, LLC, represented by Alius Design Corp. and BendonAdams, submitted an application requesting Minor Development review and View Plane Exemption for the property located at 415 E. Hyman Avenue, Roaring Fork Condominiums, Unit 1, City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado; and WHEREAS, Community Development Department staff reviewed the application for compliance with the applicable review standards and recommended approval with conditions; and, WHEREAS, the Aspen Historic Preservation Commission has reviewed and considered the development proposal under the applicable provisions of the Municipal Code as identified herein, has reviewed and considered the recommendation of the Community Development Director, and has taken and considered public comment at a duly noticed public hearing on August 9, 2017; and WHEREAS, the City of Aspen Historic Preservation Commission finds that the development proposal meets all applicable review criteria and that the approval of the request is consistent with the goals and objectives of the Land Use Code; and, WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission approves the application as submitted by a vote of 5 to 2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That HPC grants Minor Development and View Plane Exemption approval for the property located at 415 E. Hyman Avenue, allowing three street facing windows to be replaced in kind and allowing one new east facing window and four west facing windows. APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION at its regular meeting on the 9th day of August, 2017.
