Galena Street Aspen, CO 81611 RE: F&M Ventures proposed remodel of the Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty Offices 415 E Hyman, Aspen, CO 81611 Roaring Fork Condominiums—Units 14 and 15 Pitkin County Parcel ID: 273718216114 and 273718216115 Permit No.: 0087.2017.ACBK To Whom It May Concern: As you are aware, F&M Ventures has submitted a permit application (No. 0087.2017.ACBK) to the City of Aspen so as to move forward with a remodel of the Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty offices located at 415 E Hyman, Aspen, CO 81611, also known as Roaring Fork Condominiums—Units 14 and 15 and Pitkin County Parcel ID: 273718216114 and 273718216115. The Roaring Fork Condominium Association, Inc. has been asked to confirm its approval to the proposed ADA accessible lift to be installed per the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A. While the Association does not generally oppose the idea and concept of the installation of a lift, the Association does not grant unfettered approval for the same. Specifically, the Association hereby grants a tentative approval based on the plans as submitted and will grant its final approval after it receives, in writing: (1) a final statement of costs from F&M Ventures as related to the ADA lift (which the Association must approve); and (2) the power of final approval and veto power over the design and aesthetics of the ADA lift. Once these requirements have been met, the Association will provide its final approval to the City for this project. Finally, the tentative and future approvals by the Association are based on the understanding that any and all necessary work related to the ADA lift is covered under Permit No. 0087.2017.ACBK and that the Association will not be required to apply for any additional permits or approvals related to the ADA lift. If this is not the case, the Association does not grant any tentative approvals until such time as the Association has the ability to fully analyze and understand the requirements to which it may be obligated to comply.
