See attached plan for Landlord work and scope for what you are to include in your proposal directed to:
434 E Cooper, LLC.
The process should go like this:
1) Proposal for all work included in the attached, Assume GC role and continue to work with our Architect’s
(Modif) for any additional information needed for permit submission.
2) Contract will be issued between the selected GC and the LandLord (432 E Cooper, LLC)
3) Only include wok on the attached, Kith has not provided direction yet on how they what to handle the
interior, but we wish to keep separate.
4) I have already contacted Garrett Larimer, Stephen Kanipe, and Amy Simon regarding said work. Once hired
please follow up ASAP
5) First item: get a letter or email approving the door from HPC. Amy Simon's email
is, amy.simon@cityofaspen.com (I emailed her spec on Friday, but have not heard back yet) also
attached – I will continue to follow up to help expedite the process
6) Step two: Once Amy is good with the proposed door the city can begin the permit process. You will need the
usual submittal documents and drawings for the proposed ADA ramp, as well as a spec on the door. (all included
herein)
7) Once you get the go ahead from HPC you can come in for a submittal/presubmittal meeting and we can go
over any drawings or documents you have to determine what else will be needed.
