We are applying for a demo permit to remove material as outlined in the IFFR Permit
Policy. This is an Interior remodel of unit 1 in the building located at 447 E Cooper
St. Please note, 447 E Cooper Holdings LLC owns the entire building and parking
spaces 1 through 7. See Exhibit A for parking space map. We will utilize parking
space 1 (see Exhibit A) for a dump trailer to load and haul away trash to Pitkin
County Landfill. Also attached is the asbestos report, showing 0 positive asbestos.
All sub contractors will utilize parking space 1 to unload and load tools, materials or
equipment, but will park their vehicles on the streets and walk in.
