Inquiries regarding permit status, estimated review timelines, and technical questions will be accepted without an appointment between 8am and 1pm. From: Sarah Yoon  Sent: Wednesday, January 2, 2019 1:53 PM EXHIBIT B To: Stephen Kanipe <stephen.kanipe@cityofaspen.com>; Mike Metheny <mike.metheny@cityofaspen.com> Subject: Building Department Confirmation: 447 E. Cooper   Hello Stephen and Mike,   As part of the approval for 447 E. Cooper’s Notice of Approval, the Building Department Confirmation will be included as an attachment to the application.  Please confirm the following information below with an email response.   The contractor, Mike from Pacific Sheet Metal, has confirmed reducing the curb under the condenser units to 8” from the original proposal of 12”.  With this change, Building Department officials believe that the proposal has achieved the minimum height possible to accomplish its purpose. The maximum height should be around 50”.    Thank you,   Sarah Yoon Community Development Department Historic Preservation Planner 130 S.
