COOPER AVE, SUITE 201 (CURRENTLY BB’s RESTAURANT) DESCRIPTION: We will refinish and re-decorate the restaurant space in the Aspen Grove Building previously occupied by BB’s Restaurant. The scope of work includes replacement and moving of windows and doors. 1. Replace all windows and doors including adding a Nanawall. 2. Remove Wall and Ceiling treatments and replace. 3. Add new custom built-in furniture, tables, bars, booths and millwork. IMPLEMENTATION: The project will begin immediately upon permit with aim to complete all work within 3-4 months for opening by November 1st. All demo material shall be removed and piled in center of space, and removed periodically. Staging of work to be completed in space will occur within the unit. Work will be performed during allowed hours only (7am-5pm, Mon-Fri, and Saturday 9am-5pm) NOISE & SUPPRESSION: There will not be loud noise in excess of 80 decibels – we do not anticipate use of jackhammers, only drills and some saws. The tenants below are an art Gallery and a perfume store (Christopher Martin Gallery & Kristals Cosmetics) and we will minimize any noise disturbance to them during their opening hours. PARKING & STAGING: Staging will be performed inside the space. There will be few subcontractors involved and not more than two or three on site at a time. We do not anticipate requiring any designated parking, but will pay the parking dept. $75/ day for one space in front of the unit for approximately 2 weeks at the beginning of the project and another week of one designated space when the main bulk of deliveries of equipment are taking place. We will not generate a large impact on public parking in the area. Parking for the vehicles involved will be adequately served by the paid parking in town along Cooper Ave or nearby. We anticipate max 1 loads of waste and debris to be removed bi-weekly via a trailer parked briefly directly outside building on E. Cooper Ave in the early morning hours (prior to 9:30am) to avoid any impact on traffic or parking. Please contact me with any questions – 970-688-1804 Thanks!
