Hi John,
I discussed this with Michael on the phone. I believe that the proposed work could possibly qualify as
exempt under the Code, but since Amy will be or has processed a Certificate of No Negative Effect
for this, we can consider it wrapped into that approval. No additional Commercial Design Review
will be necessary.

Justin,
I have a very small window replacement/minor interior remodel for the BB’s kitchen space I’m
trying to get in for permit. John told me I need a commercial design review from you. Give me a
call when you get a moment to open this up and I can give you a run down of what I’m trying to
