Calibration of test equipment was performed by Architectural Testing in
accordance with AAMA 205-01 "In-Plant Testing Guidelines for Manufacturers and
Independent Laboratories".
3.7 Test Sample Source: The test specimen was provided by the client.
Representative samples of the test specimen(s) will be retained by Architectural
Testing for a minimum of four years from the test completion date.
3.8 Drawing Reference: The test specimen drawings have been reviewed by
Architectural Testing and are representative of the test specimen(s) reported
herein. Test specimen construction was verified by Architectural Testing per the
drawings located in Appendix B. Any deviations are documented herein or on the
drawings.

6.0 Installation:
The specimen was installed onto a 2x6 Spruce-Pine-Fir wood curb. The frame overlap
of the curb allowed for a 1/4" shim space full perimeter. The exterior perimeter of the
skylight was sealed with single sided foam tape between the frame and the curb.

AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440 for air leakage resistance.
Note 2: Without insect screen.
Note 3: The client opted to start at a pressure higher than the minimum required. Test

Note 4: The deflections reported are not limited by AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440
for this product designation. The deflection data is recorded in this report for special

Skylights shall be curb -mounted as manufactured by SKYLINE SKY-LITES, 2925 Delta Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910, (866)625-
1330. Skylight shall be model TDCMD with thermally formed dual acrylic dome glazings, [bronze / clearl outer dome over
[clear / white l inner dome. Curb frame shall be of 6063-T5 aluminum with a .070" thick base frame, incorporating a poured
in place polyurethane thermal barrier, and a .062" thick retaining angle. Frame finish shall be [bronze anodized / clear anodized / natural
aluminum (mill)] . All corners shall be welded. Vinyl gasket shall be used between the frame and the glazing to
form a tight seal. Weep holes shall be provided in the frame. A continuous silicone sealant shall be used between glazings. Skylight shall
be completely assembled by the manufacturer and ready for installation directly over curb as provided by others.
