Permit Drawings.2018.10 marked up round 2.pdf I recalculated the occupant load for the green room and VIP room by using room SF minus an accessible route at the unconcetrated assembly rate (15 SF per occupant which assumes a mix of tables and chairs, I thought that seemed fair as there will be some furniture in place). I came up with an occupant load of 10 in the VIP room and 6 in the green room. Please revise the numbers for these two spaces on the seating count table, we want to give you the maximum occupant load that the space allows. This would increase the total seating count to 84, please revise the occupant load table using the 84 seats + 120 occupants + 10 employees for a total occupant load of 214. Be sure to revise the accessible table row as well, 84 x .05 = 74.2 which we would round up to 5 required accessible seats. You will want to show an additional accessible seat at one of the tables in the main area but now that you don't have raised platforms that shouldn't be an issue. The existing walk in is to remain, but it is mirrored on axis so its door flips to the other end. I noted on the plans that these are doors are to remain unlocked and have shown a proposed location for a portable security gate Revised. This is now door 8 and panic hardware requirement is noted in the door schedule on A1.05 Revised. Revised. Thank you for your efforts here! 11/19/2018
