ENGINEERING REVIEW COMMENTS AND CORRECTIONS Permit Set 1.Add note that sidewalk in CITY ROW will need ROW permit. Note has been provided on sheet C.1.001 that sidewalk in ROW needs ROW permit. 2.Boulder to be removed out of City Right-of-Way permanently. Note has been provided on sheet C.1.001 to remove boulder from ROW permanently. 3.City Standard in URMP shows 70% ASTM C-33 and 30% organics (peat mix). See sheet 8-81. Note has been revised on sheet C.1.001, for the Bio-Retention Pond Detail, to match the COA standard in the URMP; 70% ASTM C-33 and 30% Peat Mix. 4.Although not a requirement with a minor drainage review, Engineering Department feels it would be beneficial to communicate to the property owner on how to properly maintain and operate the proposed BMP. Maintenance and operation for the proposed BMP has been provided on sheet C.1.001, please see note 5. Roger D. Neal, P.E. The review and approval by the City is offered only to assist the applicant's understanding of the applicable Engineering requirements." The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the City of Aspen from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data.
