Proposing to change out windows
at the east end to new casements
to match existing green painted
casement windows similar to
Pella casements below.
ALLEY VIEW (between Cooper and Hyman) - CONDENSORS
There are two existing swamp coolers on the rear deck on the 3rd level of 520 Cooper.
These swamp coolers were used to cool the 2nd floor office space.
We are proposing to exchange the two existing units for new condensers (see spec
attached)
