Please include all of the details you have attached with the permit submissions because HP staff will be a reviewing body. We are needing to replace old swamp cooler equipment on the deck that faces the alley. 2. The windows to the East end of the 2nd floor don’t match the majority of windows on that elevation, and we would like to have them all match. It sounds as if we need to do a “Certificate of No Negative Effect” for both of the above.
