1. The governing building code defines the applicable edition of referenced
codes and standards. Where governing building code does not define
referenced codes and standards, the latest edition shall be used. 2. Minimum flat roof snow load according to City of Aspen Building Department.
3. All snow loads on the structure for both flat and sloped roofs are
calculated in accordance with the 2015 IBC and based on the ground
snow load stated above. Roof snow loads consider the following load conditions: partial loading and snow drifting4. Minimum uniform and concentrated live loads as well as partition loads
and applicable live load reductions are determined according to Section
1607 of the IBC

Exhaust for the lower level bathrooms are served
by ERV-1. There is a sidewall exhaust grille in
each bathroom. Each grille is balanced to 60 cfm.
The exact kitchen hood appliance has not yet been determined. We are
providing kitchen & fireplace make-up air via FC-2. We anticipate 800
cfm of make-up air for each appliance. Refer to sheet M100 for fan coil
schedules and sheet 7/M401 for fan coil sequence.
See attached Kitchen Hood.pdf cutsheet illustrating maximum 625 cfm.
Revised, refer to D/M300 &
typical assembly F2 on sheet A-500.
Refer to sheet 13/M401. 77 cfm continuous is
equivalent to 180 cfm running 10.3 hrs per day.
The sequence of operation for ERV-1 has the
ERV running continuously during occupied period.
This exceeds the ordinance 40 amount.
