RE: 110 + 112 Coach Road; Lot 7, Stage Road PUD | TDR to Eliminate ADU Requirement
To City of Aspen Community Development Department:
The owner of Lot 7, Stage Road PUD, has purchased a Pitkin County TDR to eliminate the requirement to provide an
Accessory Dwelling Unit per the 2005 PUD Control Document, Rec. #515890, Sections 2.1.2.5.1 and 2.1.2.5.3. The
permit submission includes a main house and “detached guest quarters” that combined, shall meet the allowable floor
area of 7500 s.f. (The detached guest quarters will not contain a kitchen with a range and/or oven.)
We have been in contact with Ben Anderson, City of Aspen Planner, should you have any questions pertaining to
this. We have also attached proof that the owner is in possession of a Pitkin County TDR within an external
document submitted with this building permit application.
