system to prevent
clogging of the pipes?
The rock beds have been removed from the
design and are no longer a part of the civil set.
All existing utilities have been located and are
included on the civil set.
The transformer has been noted to be
replaced. All other utilities, except water
service, will be reused unless issues occur
during construction.
All rock beds have been removed from the design and no
perforated pipes will disperse runoff into the pervious
pavers. All runoff from impervious areas will be collected
and dispersed into the drywell or the biodetention pond.
The rock beds have been removed from the
design, and debris from the roof and driveway
will be collected in the sumps of the inlets and
in the drywell.

There are two separate basins.
Basin 1= 5793 S.F.
Offsite Basin 1 (OS1) =10721 S.F.
The pervious pavers will not be collecting
additional impervious area as downspouts

limits are within the URMP guidelines.
Trench drain has been relocated away from
the road to prevent damage, and the trench
drain at the property line has been removed.
A permanent encroachment license will be
