Response to comments calls out
that the transformer will need to
be replaced. If this is accurate
show new location of the
transformer within the property
limits. Provide documentation
that proves the easement is
finalized prior to building permit
issuance.

The table on sheet C.03 has been updated to describe a pervious paver subbase instead of a
screened rock bed. It was also updated on page 6 of the drainage report.
The cover on the water service will meet the 7' requirement as represented on the water
trench detail on sheet C.08. Given the restraints of trees and other infiltration systems, the
water service line has to be below either the pervious paver subbase or the biodetention
basin.
A note was added on sheet C.05 stating that the snowmelt within the right of way must
be on a separate zone.
Pipe depth exceeds recommended cover from manufacturer and there should not be
any issues.
The transformer does not need to be replaced with a larger unit, the service into
the existing transformer will have to be upgraded. This doesn't require a larger
transformer and the location will not have to be adjusted. Text on sheet C.05 has
been adjusted for better clarification.
