Jesse,
The COA is sll moving towards granite curb along a ll properes within the core. It will be required o f
the Boogies redevelopment.
The concrete pad can remain.
I spoke with Trish about the tree grates extending into the walkway. The extension would need to be
a walking surface, not just an ADA compliant grate. For example an elevated surface with the growing
media below.

Thanks for meeting with me earlier today to discuss Boogies. I have attached a copy of the
Reso as well as the referral comments that speak to the granite curb and removal of the
existing concrete pad at the southwest corner of the building.
Based on our discussion it is my understanding that the existing concrete pad at the

southwest corner of the building can remain and that you were going to look into the source
of the granite curb requirement. Let me know what you determine for the curb and thanks
