q Lighting intended for 24 hour use.
q 11.Tandem wired one-lamp and three-lamp ballasted luminaires (No single-lamp ballasts).
Exceptions:
q Electronic high-frequency ballasts; Luminaires on emergency circuits or with no available pair.
