35. The church employs a full-time maintenance professional who is responsible to clear
snow from the intake wells. Also, there is an existing intake well that has no issue with
remaining clear of snow; the tremendous snowfalls land typically and approximately 7’
away from the face of the church.
36. Minimum headroom below ductwork in basement occupied spaces is 7 ft.
37. Revised drawings show additional exit from boiler room as required.
38. All spaces are provided with natural ventilation meeting IMC requirements, and do not
require mechanical ventilation. Areas not naturally ventilated are restroom groups, which
are provided with mechanical exhaust at code-required rates. Exhaust fan schedule has
been updated to include notes indicating code-required rates.
39. Refer to General Note #20, sheet M0.0, for thermostat mounting height requirement.
40. AHU access hatch requirement has been noted on revised plans. Refer to revised
architectural drawings for hatch design details.
41. Specification section 233113 Metal Ducts has been updated to reflect requirements.

43. Snowmelt insulation requirement has been noted in mechanical diagrams, and detailed
in civil pavement diagrams.
44. Sacristy sink shall be re-connected to existing sacristy sink discharge line, which routes to
the crawlspace. Expected daily fluid amount is approximately ¼ cup of fluid. The
Scrarium drains into the earth itself beneath the church and is not seen on the civil
drawings.
45. All lighting in the lower level is existing to remain. The main level lighting plan is in the
drawing set
46. Occupancy sensors are being provided to turn off lighting when no occupants are
present.

47. The exit signs at the ends of the corridor have integral frog eyes. We are also providing
an additional egress fixture (X2) in the middle of the corridor.
48. All exterior lighting has been removed from scope of work. Interior lighting cutsheets
related to the main level will be provided in addition to the main level lighting
COMcheck. See attached letter requesting exemption for Sanctuary-level COMcheck
49. All controls and receptacles that must meet ADA requirements shall be mounted within
44” above finish floor.
