See comment 18 above 34. See attached signed inspection agreement 35. The church employs a full-time maintenance professional who is responsible to clear snow from the intake wells. Also, there is an existing intake well that has no issue with remaining clear of snow; the tremendous snowfalls land typically and approximately 7’ away from the face of the church. 36. Minimum headroom below ductwork in basement occupied spaces is 7 ft. 37. Revised drawings show additional exit from boiler room as required. 38. All spaces are provided with natural ventilation meeting IMC requirements, and do not require mechanical ventilation. Areas not naturally ventilated are restroom groups, which are provided with mechanical exhaust at code-required rates. Exhaust fan schedule has been updated to include notes indicating code-required rates. 39. Refer to General Note #20, sheet M0.0, for thermostat mounting height requirement. 40. AHU access hatch requirement has been noted on revised plans. Refer to revised architectural drawings for hatch design details. 41. Specification section 233113 Metal Ducts has been updated to reflect requirements. 42. AHU access hatch requirement has been noted on revised plans. Refer to revised architectural drawings for hatch design details. 43. Snowmelt insulation requirement has been noted in mechanical diagrams, and detailed in civil pavement diagrams. 44. Sacristy sink shall be re-connected to existing sacristy sink discharge line, which routes to the crawlspace. Expected daily fluid amount is approximately ¼ cup of fluid. The Scrarium drains into the earth itself beneath the church and is not seen on the civil drawings. 45. All lighting in the lower level is existing to remain. The main level lighting plan is in the drawing set 46. Occupancy sensors are being provided to turn off lighting when no occupants are present.
