The new steps would need a new encroachment license, but would be accepted. There may be a fee waiver for the
encroachment for public facilities, I’ll look into if that’s an option and have that answer at the meeting.

We have finally received the stamped plan from the traffic engineer that responds to CDOT’s access permitting process
and provides a plan for the new access. Before proceeding with CDOT, and per CDOT’s requirements, Marina and I
would like to sit down with you and discuss City coordination.
When are you available? I’m pretty good the remainder of the week with periodic conflicts. Tell when it works best for
you to sit down.
