It would be wonderful to get a sign-off on this aspect of St. Mary prior our permit submittal in January. We have coordinated this layout with Parks and Engineering and have their approval. Ben Carlsen will not allow any snowmelt other than what is indicated on the attached plans. The number breakdown: 2  Existing total snowmelt: 1231.4 SF  Existing exempt snowmelt to remain (required to access elevator): 385.58 SF  Proposed new snowmelt: 900.41 SF  Exempt snowmelt (48” access swaths): 196.10 SF  Total non-exempt new snowmelt: 704.31 SF (located at new front steps and surrounding area) Since the new snowmelt is less than the existing, we do not need to mitigate, correct?
