trench drain detail has been added to details sheet.
Driveway curb cut has been revised to meet standards.
Erosion control logs and additional silt fencing has been
added to plans to protect ditch during construction. CMP
will remain, and no portion of the ditch is to be replaced.
Existing water line will be retained.
No new foundations are being poured outside the existing
building footprint-everything is existing to remain.

D. Operation and Maintenance
The drywell will need to be inspected and cleared of rubbish and debris quarterly to make sure that the filter/riser pipe has not become clogged and is functioning properly. The top three inches of the lower chamber infiltration media shall be scarified yearly or more frequently to obtain optimum infiltration of surface runoff. If water is pooling, then the filter material may need to be scarified more frequently. If the filter material continues to fail, then the top six

the grading plan. With the approval of the city engineer,
profile views have not been provided.
Drywell dimensions have been revised and updated.
An additional exhibit has been provided in the drainage
study to verify tree canopy credit.
Asphalt patch is now shown on site and grading plans.
