Scope of Work- This Change Order has the following components associated with it:
Sheet Z-007:
-Re-configured roof deck area. Addition of roof mounted spa. Total proposed deck area to remain
less than 15% of allowable floor area.
Sheet A-001:
-Snowmelt on roof deck to be removed. Area of snowmelt on main level to be expanded. Overall
snowmelt area for the project to remain the same.
-Updated roof height for roof tag #7. New roof access hatch increases in height. Overall height still
under the maximum allowed height for the project.
-New fence to be built on South and West property lines. New fence heights to comply with land
use code.
-Retaining wall on South side of driveway to be removed and replaced w/ boulder retaining wall.
See Landscape drawings for more information.
Sheet A-101:
-Slight modification to location and orientation of washer and dryer in the laundry room.
-Mechanical equipment in crawl space to be moved into vacated pool area.
Sheet A-102:
-Removal of existing partial-height, stone walls at front entry.
-Closet space added between stair and media room.
-Proposed fireplace to be removed. Space to be used as additional closet space.
Sheet A-103:
-Addition of new window (45) on North side of kitchen between gridlines 3 and 4.
-Addition of two new windows (43 & 44) on East side of home between gridlines E and F.
-Skylight above entry to be removed.
-New scupper off entry roof to the South.
Sheet A-104:
-Continuation of parapet wall West of gridline 3, running to the South of gridline B, bound on the
South by the existing chimney.
-New roof hatch manufactured by Glazing Vision. Roof hatch location and aperture to be same as
previously approved hatch. New hatch to have higher clearance, continuous handrail at the landing,
and is still under the maximum allowable height for the project.
-Proposed roof mounted spa unit to be installed. Adjustments to layout of roof deck. Size to remain
less than 15% of allowable floor area.
-Updated roof drain locations, addition of overflow drains, and addition of scuppers.
-Proposed condensing units to be moved from the Eastern side yard to the North portion of the roof.
Units to be hidden from view by parapet wall.
Sheet A-201 & A-202:
-Updates to roof features shown on all four elevations.
-New exterior material selection and locations shown.
-No longer showing the partial height, stone walls at entry.
-Addition of two new windows on East elevation drawing and note calling out new window above
kitchen.

Sheet A-301:
-Update to drawing 3. Shows new roof hatch relationship to building and roof deck.
Sheet A-503:
-New sheet shows proposed wall assemblies
Sheet A-601:
-Update to roof hatch (window tag 40)
-Removal of entry skylight (window tag 42)
-Addition of three new windows (window tags 43, 44, & 45)
